- 30 Year Fixed
- A 30 year fixed consists of a fixed rate loan that is amortized over 30 years.
- 30 Year Adjustable

- DSCR (Investment Loan)
- Debt Service Cover Ratio. This loan qualifies the property based on the rent it receives in relation to the actual full payment.
- Bank Statement
- This type of loan uses either 12 or 24 months Business or personal bank statement to qualify.
- 1099
- This loan uses the 1099's for the borrower and can use up to 90% of the 1099 to qualify the borrower
- Non-QM Loans
- Typically any loan that does not meet FNMA or FHLMC
- Hard Money
- These loans are for borrwers who don't meet normal conventional financing and usually come with higher rates and higher fees.
